STRENGTHENING THE BEDAN spirit, the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Student Council (SC) hosted the second day of its Integration challenges entitled, ‘Hulmark: Guess the Benedictine Hallmark, at St. Anselm’s Building, March 18.

The event, which emphasized teamwork and speed, aimed to “deepen student’s understanding of the University’s core values” through the Hallmarks of Benedictine Education.

In a post made by the SC in their official Facebook page, the challenge took place within a span of eight hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Moreover, each team will receive a set of letters from A to Z, a description of a Benedictine Hallmark, and a blank piece of paper.

Accordingly, the teams must then guess the hallmark and complete it on the provided paper and submit their answers to the SC Office.

After a challenging day of intellectual rigor and teamwork, the Department of Business, Management, and Entrepreneurship (DBME) topped the rankings, earning 100 challenge points. Meanwhile, Junior Financial Management Association (JFINMA) emerged as the ultimate frontrunner at 65 total points after deductions.
